I have decided to use the ash black as the secondary color. it looks better like that on my nord steel armor. Here is a site that lists all dye by hue eso-fashion.com/dyes-by-color/
I have the Coldhabour Ash Black myself. I believe the only true black color is Legate's Black. You will need to make PVP Legate rank, which is pretty high up, I think it's like level 40. My opinion is the Black should be used as the secondary color, since it's kinda shiny, especially in certain lighting condition. I am thinking a darker shade of Blue or Green.
It's funny, cause my co-worker who is color blind also plays this game, but he has no interest in the whole dye thing.

Not to be funny, but if you can't tell the difference, then why care.
When I dye my characters, it's for my personal preferences, I really don't care if anyone else enjoys it.
well.... I would like to not look like an idiot. while I don't care what people think of me in general, it helps if I look like I have some sanity. I also want people to take me seriously, you think people would take me seriously in PvP if I looked like an idiot?AlexDougherty wrote: »NookyZooky wrote: »so iv been trying to find a color that goes with coldharbour ash black. im colorblind, and a lot of these colors look the same to me, which makes it difficult to find some choices. any suggestions?

Off the top of my head... He doesn't want his toon running around looking like a multicolored clown. It's not like the OP needs to forgo a small bit of vanity. We all have it. Every one of us.
