✭And while you're at it, Zeni, please explain why you often can't use abilities which have a CC component against people with immovable up - destructive reach, javelin, toppling charge etc. And with eclipse, it is always, which is unacceptable since it's a bloody debuff, not a CC.- The Psijic Order

Are you sure the effect was actually still up (and not just a slightyl delayed graphics effect removal)?
There are so many factors in there that nobody could even give you a decent guess.

zmanu✭✭✭Yup, It's very buggy, it usually works but often doesn't.
And for the record you can't use eclipse on a guy that has immovable up, since it's a disabling effect.0
