Can Soul Strike be taken beyond rank IV?

All of my skills stop progressing at rank IV. I've just brought Soul Strike up to rank IV and it's still showing a progression bar; will Soul Strike go beyond rank IV?

Spottswoode✭✭✭✭✭You can morph Soul Strike, but the morph will only go to level IV. IV is the highest rank for skills.Proud Player of The Elder Bank Screen Online.
