thats how a proper gear implementation worksNo, don't make dungeon gear superior to crafted gear. Make it so that most classes/roles will want to get one set bonus from each, and having both is ideal.

Disagree. It makes crafting pointless.
In a perfect world the highest quality gear would require dungeon drops and a dedicated crafter to actually turn the dungeon drops into something good. It makes no sense from either a gameplay or "realism" perspective to have the best gear on mobs.
