There are probably many posts on here with suggestions and polls and what not, but these are MY suggestions for improving a game, that lets face it is still far from balanced and complete. The majority of these are doable, a few are just things I noticed and would of liked a do over on.
It will be numbered, but the order is not in significance.
1. EXP method and reward, you can get EXP the first time you do the things in the world, but if you do them again (ie dolmens) you can not get any other then kill exp, that needs to be adjusted, the whole point of the game is fighting the Daedric host sent by Molag Bal, culminating in the fight with him itself, so why are we not rewarded better with EXP and better loot in the chest (maybe stuff exclusive to fighting daedra?). Exp in PVP needs improving as well, it is still extremely slow compared to questing, it should be perfectly viable to level up and vet up through PvP in a reasonable time if that is the aspect you enjoy.
2. Armours, it has been said many times all ready that light armour is favoured, so is medium for stam builds, but heavy armour is still left in the wind, I like heavy armour I generally wear 5 pieces of it, and with most stuff its fine, it still needs to be hiked up.
3. Armour actives and armour based skills- you should have to wear a minimum amount (3-4?) armour to use that sets active skill.
As for skills maybe reduce the amount of armour gained as a secondary. To prevent lightly armoured but heavily armour buffed mages from out doing a tank.
4. soft caps- They have gone up, I don't know why, I don't like it, it seems like an easy fix to the whole issue. Turn them back down.
5. Gaining emperor - Now I get that you should have to put in some serious work to get this. But for myself and I suspect the vast majority it will be impossible. I was on holiday the past few weeks and maxxing out my ESO time, I think I got to rank 200 at like 8-9 hours a day on DC. That's excessive. and like I said I was only 200, on DC. Now I have gone back to work I will be able to spare even less time, like before, so those of us who actually have lives to maintain will at the very least struggle with this...
My suggested fix would be once you have had it you should not be able to have it again. You are a former emperor, you have had your time in the spot light now *** off.

6. Bug fixing> New content - that is how it should always be. I don't want new broken stuff, I want the current stuff fixed and in working order. Only then should you think about adding new stuff.
7. Server downtime- people do complain about this but honestly I don't mind. As long as its during the day time. And I would rather it happened more frequently if it meant trialling fixes and balances faster. A little irritation now will eventually make it good.
8. Guilds- now in my opinion you should only be allowed to join ONE guild. And the unlocks should be based around smaller group sized guilds. You should need at the most 16 people to unlock everything. Needing more people then that to unlock stuff is rubbish.
9. Guild merchants- Guilds should have to have so many listed items before they can purchase one, I saw on a couple of guilds when I searched for things between vet4-8 there was like 3 items...
10. armour/weapon trait researching- The times on this are excessive, I think I got 4 on heavy armour chest now it is taking me days at a time to research stuff and there is no way I can speed it up. Either reduce the time to something reasonable or put in a minigame of sorts unique to each thing (ie blacksmithing, clothing) that reduces time on success and can be repeated.
11. Horse swim- Why do I dismount every time I run in a little bit of water. Either make it swim or put arm bands on it...
12. Group tool- needs an overhaul, and where is the "LFG for questing" section, I see groupings for everything else but questing together.
13. Tweak set bonuses and enchantments- now I don't need or want exploration, but I would of liked an EXP gain enchantment for kills or completing quests. The PVP set is the same bonus as well for all 3 types of armour just in a slightly different order, instead of being placeholder they should have things actually relevant to their type.
14. Crossbows- where are they...
15. Polearms- see above...
16. Sashimono- THIS IS NOT BEING DROPPED, make it happen.

17. restrict the faction quests- Now I made a DC character, I did have an AD and a EP one as well, I got rid of the latter two, why? No point having them when I can (and have too) do it all on one character, seems redundant. The factions should be unique, picking one should close doors to the other two. Probably have to wait till 1.5 at the earliest.
18. Werewolf skills- these need a serious rework, my suggestion would be lowering the cost of the ultimate from 750 to 400. And all the passives should work in humanoid form too. They also need more actives maybe 1-2 that work in humanoid form, like the leap attack would of been interesting lol
19. Vamps need more actives too, and the ulti needs tweaking, should be more expensive, I am aware it has recently been nerfed but I think it didn't need that, just for the cost to go up, ulti's are game changers, they shouldn't be spammable.
20. AND FOR THE LOVE OF ALL THAT IS TES MAKE A TRADE CHANNEL IN CHAT....

Feel free to add things, you guys may noticed things I have forgotten to mention. I'm just finishing it on 20 because that's a nice number.
