✭✭✭✭✭The first thing you need to do is educate yourself as to what freedom of speech actually means. And then learn when or where it applies.

The game is rated M, for mature, and the game also has a handy dandy profanity filter. Anyone who does have a problem with profanity can easily switch that on. Other games have also had this feature and have also given warnings to those reported for profanity. It might not make sense, but... that is how it is unfortunately.
At any rate... if it's in the terms of service, well... it's in there. And you accepted them so... there it is.2 -
cyqa✭✭✭ZOS wouldn't be able to jail you for "dropping the f bomb"- they can regulate what you say on their forums. That's your first amendment right.

Your 1st Amendment rights have not been violated. They protect you from the Government not a private company's forums in which you agreed to their terms when you created your account.

I could start a restaurant that required you to cuss and required you to be naked if I wanted to, just like you could start one that required you to be clothed.
