Greenheart in Greenshade, how on earth do you get there?
It has a quest called Woodhearth that I need. Greenheart, Greenshade
Please don't tell me I have to reroll a *** again ZOS... *** sake

Greenheart is a lighthouse on the south coast of Greenshade.
The Woodhearth quest takes you from Greenheart to Woodhearth after the Wilderking quest. The links above are to the map. Woodhearth is a city on the west coast of Greenshade.
Greenheart is a lighthouse on the south coast of Greenshade.
The Woodhearth quest takes you from Greenheart to Woodhearth after the Wilderking quest. The links above are to the map. Perhaps seeing where they are in relation to each other will help.
You're teleported though, during the Wilderking quest you take the Throne Tunnels to Greenheart. The Throne Tunnel is still there once you finish the Wilderking quest but you cannot use it.0 -

The Woodhearth quest is located in Greenheart
The Woodhearth quest only starts in Greenheart, where it is given to you by the Wilderqueen.
