PVP with pve crafted set....

my main is a dk altmer magika based hibrid tank (vampire) so the other day i've com up with the idea to craft a full 5 pieces (light) vampire kiss set
because actualy i've low healt at vr10 only 1970 in pvp so 1470 in pve...without the sweetroll..(i've spend all my att points in magica and 5 on 8 armour enchantement on magika to reach 3.2k)
My brilliant idea was to do the vampire set with the 5 pieces blood frenzy that gives me 336 healt each time i kill an opponent cuz in pvp in a fight i kill 2 or 3 opponents a time (i dont hope that the ability can stack but this set + the bourning embers final healing i can go against the low healt reg due to the vamp lv 4) so in pve my tought works great but in pvp no..... why? since it say opponent not mob or player so in theory it can work.....
is my tought wrong? or maybe is a minor bug?

seriously. I die so much I've given up and started doing heals/support just to feel useful.

yes i've got a pretty stong build...i've just respec 15 times since april and i go around like a homeless for this reason with only 700g a time but is not the point.....

I don't think there's ever been a point where I just steamrolled more than one person.
When I first entered pvp I saw single DKs taking on zergs w/ standards and stuff and somehow not instantly dying, then impulse spammers ripping through while they're distracted by the DK

Maybe because with the other classes it's usually: "stunned | [random incapacitate] => 1 hit removes half health => 2-3 seconds and you are dead.
Or, some stupid bat swarm spam, AoE spam, [ Place here egregiously bugged and thus overpowered ability, patches always break at least 1-2]
