Broken abilities in pvp

Hello recently I have gotten into pvp and I have really enjoyed it but I have noticed a few thing that really detract from the entire experience.

As I play a DK I have noticed that the reflective scales spell actually in addition to the initial spell cost also seems to costs the amount of mana or stamina of the cost of the projectile hitting you. This seems like a bug due to it not being shown on the tooltip and also not doing the same in pve. When I use this ability in the face of several enemies all my mana and stam is sucked up and I kinda waddle around and die. If this is not a bug it needs to be added to the tooltip.

Another thing that really just kills the fun of large scale combat are the giant balls of aoe spamming that kill you pretty much instantly if you even attempt to engage. I know this is a controversial subject but I'd just like to say from my point of view its really just not fun. I don't really know how this could be reworked but again this is just me giving my perspective.

Another thing is the root spam ie talons or other moves seem to have little to no immunity after the root? I'm not sure if this is intended or not but its another one of those things..

    Hmmm that bug with reflective scales should be fixed asap. I saw another post about it a couple days ago on here somewhere and the OP just got flamed by trolls who are crying for nerfs to the dk. I play templar and there is a bug with the blazing shield that prevents it from doing damage while CC'd and it hasn't gotten much notice. I'm only guessing, but a bug like that must really affect gameplay and effectiveness in pvp because in large fights where it matters I am often stun locked and my shield brakes causing it to do no damage. There is also another bug with stacking damage on the blazing shield which is in fact very difficult to replicate and isn't really possible in extremely large fights but its getting a lot more attention then either of the two other bugs being discussed here. I am guessing that's because people just want the classes that they aren't playing as to be nerfed and so in situations like these the bugs that give classes unfair advantages are brought to attention by the people wanting the nerfs. So the best we can do is submit bug reports I guess and hope that ZOS pays attention and actually fixes them instead of changing the tooltip to cheat their way out of fixing the bug itself.

    ...I do wonder how many of these bugs are 'works as intended' until someone complains.

    Devs don't post, but forums Moderators do, try typing in "@ZOS_" and choose one to address directly, you might get a reply @ZOS_GinaBruno and @ZOS_JessicaFolsom are usually quite approachable.
