There is a bug with the Werewolf bug, where if you leave the quest before you complete it, you will still have the extra Werewolf speed. Go back to being a Vampire, get dark stalker buff, get concealed weapon, and nights silence set. Move at the speed of sound in sneak mode.

But you would be moving to fast to hit anything so you have to stop to attack, defeating the objective. Great for hit and run tho, but i dnt think you should get used to something that will be fixed.

When I find a bug, I use it to mess around with people. When I first found the WW bug I just used it to stalk some people in Cyrodiil as I was running faster then their horses. Also I'm not sure, never tested it.0
