Imperial Horse Reset Points

When I started this game I didn't know that there is a max lvl for the horse. I thought you basically spend one point per day until all the bars are filled since I've read somewhere that it will take forever to lvl it up.
So what I did... I took turns in spending my daily point (or food) and now the horse is lvl 50 but the points are all over the place.

Is there any way to reset the points?

You could buy a new one and start over.

Pretty much should restart. The cost isn't too painful (12.5K) but the time to re-level (49 days) is a bit painful. If you can afford it, I still recommend the 42K horses since they will have the 10 skill point advantage in the end.

Yep, just get a new horse, they are only 1g. The other one can be sold for horse meat, quite a treat for your khajiit.

Yup Strait to the glue factory with that one. On the bright side..... Only cost you 1g for a new horse.

Yes, you can still use the old one.

Yes, just add stable slots at the horse vendor (up to 3 total and relatively inexpensive). Stable the new mount, but remember to go back and level her each day.
