Are respec costs the main reason for gold buyers and botters?

Allow respeccing of a glyph for say 500g
I'm new but I think I saw that ESO has a major update once a month. If so, cheap respec goes with it. Correct me if I'm wrong.

For 1.3.3 the cost was temporarily 1g per skill point. Now, for 1.3.4 the cost has been adjusted to 50g per; this is the permanent/current cost. The original cost pre-1.3.3 was 100g per point.

This is the first cheap respec ever. I haven't heard that they are going to offer this everytime.

Leave respec costs as they are

They only have had it once. And not in all major updates will they have it in the futur.

Well it's not the glyph part that I'm really concerned about as you can just make new glyphs. But yeah I guess it wouldn't hurt to have such an option --- HOWEVER, I'd rather see things such as traits and style able to be changed.

If someone crafts an entire legendary set in Daedric and then they dislike it down the line because something was changed or something else introduced, why should they have to waste all of those materials to recraft the same set? Also, even changing set bonuses would be cool but I guess that's pushing it --- however I wouldn't complain. :grinning:

FYI I'm a crafter of EVERYTHING in this game, however I'm all for putting more of that power into everyone's hands instead of just crafters. People will still always want to make a new set, or a tank set, healing set, etc... I have a few sets of armor for my main for different situations.
