Undocumented changes?

I just went into the Davon's Watch bank, and it was changed. Now it's called the Hlaalu Treasury and the guy no longer gets angry when you step behind the counter.
The Argonian was also moved.

Also the explanation about crafting received additional voices.
The Wood elf in Mournhold no longer changes her voice when you ask her about clothing.

Did you notice any other such undocumented changes?
(Actually I'm not even sure if it was documented, I didn't notice it that's for sure)

I noticed in the vet version of Davon's Watch, the Dunmer guy is the banker and the Argonian is off in the corner...

-Mournhold wayshrine moved into the city
-Did NPC healers get a 'nerf'? Previously they insta-healed both themselves and any nearpy NPCs and were nearly impossible to kill on your own...

Yeah the Mournhold one is both epic but also bad.
Bad because the Deshaan concept art shows the old Wayshrine that was removed.
They should have kept both.

This was documented in 1.3 as part of the kiosks.

The move of the Argonian, took place several weeks ago, (prior to 1.3) and was well needed. The congestion in the bank was crazy at times.

She's been demoted to corner duty for several weeks now and yes, that's for all versions of Davon's Watch ...
