Dragon Knight Question.

t.steve1991ub17_ESO
I am new to the game and currently playing a dragon knight. I prefer to be a damage role in dungeons and am currently using 3 skills from two-handed as my main attacks (carve, stampede, executioner). I am also currently in all medium armor and can spam these attacks like crazy. I am wondering what I should have in my two extra slots on my action bar. Id prefer them to be magic attacks or buffs maybe with some sort of synergy attached. What do you think they should be? I have most of the trees unlocked for dragon knights and there is a lot to choose from and am not sure what to use.

Depends on your level, but Lava Whip is nice, and maybe Spiked Armour for tough fights. Obsidion Shield or Reflective scales might be good too.

When I use my two handed axe on my Dragon Knight my standard skills are...

Fiery Grip - morphed to Extended Chains
Uppercut - morphed to Wrecking Blow
Cleave - morphed to Brawler (gives a nice shield)
Reverse Slash - morphed to Executioner
Critical Charge - morphed to Critical Rush

In the average fight I use the following rotation:

    1. Extended chains pulls the target to me...
    2. Wrecking Blow knocks them back and stuns them...
    3. Critical Rush to close the gap again and kill weaker opponents, if not dead then follow with...
    4. Brawler once or twice as needed...
    5. Finish with Executioner.

Its generally a pretty effective rotation, if an enemy is right on top of me of course I just skip to step 2 with the knockback.

But if you're looking for magic...the most popular tend to be Spiked Armor, Dark Talons and Dragon Blood. When tanking with sword and shield I use both Spiked Armor and Dark Talons.

I'm having trouble with my DK, he seems to be my weakest and slowest leveling character out of all of them. I'm questing/killing/collecting like crazy and putting my skill point's into what ever is available. Though I'm still getting my butt kicked by anything/one. What could I possible be doing wrong?

Zeni cut the ba**s off the DK in order to balance it for PvP. Now it's a broke POS that needs to wear a dress and carry a magic fairy wand to do anything in PVE. This game gets harder to like every new update and patch
