Agreed, they should at least remove the skill points from any skill they nerf/buff, just in case we don't like the change.

Agree. I spent a small fortune early on in order to respec. I wish I could just respec the one or two skills I want to change and not every single skill that I have a skill point in. Currently, respeccing is a colossal waste of time and money.
