The Lag in PvE Right Now is Terrible !

Most of us are unhappily familiar with the lag we get in PvP but I can honestly say this is the first time I've experienced it in PvE.
At first I thought it might just be my end, until more and more people in chat were complaining about it.
Opening containers 3-4 secs, Mounting your horse 5+ secs. Delays with weapon attacks its all just terrible !
This is on the EU server, don't know if the NA guys are also having issues. Either way something has bone belly-up !

I don't think I'd call it lag so much as flat-out non-response to commands.

Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS1 -

At 12 midnight the lag has started to be much better.
I assume everyone has gone to bed
In the evening between 6pm-11pm lag can be horrendous.
