So, tomorrow we are half way through August. Maybe ZOS needs to hire someone to keep the customers informed about what is coming up.

Been saying this since pre-launch. All those millions they spent on this game and they can't pay somebody 25k for an entire year to act as customer/forum liaison !
Hell I'd do the job for the price of a years free subscription !

They just released this patch last Monday. . Keeping with the 6 weeks for patches would put the next one at around Septmeber 18. It seems the Road Aheads usually only come out a few weeks before the next content and usually at the beginning of the month. so I would expect it at the beginning of September. That being said they did however already release the Video for update 4 so we get a taste of what update 4 will have. Also being that it's every 6 weeks means we may not always get the Road Ahead at the beginning of each month and could change anytime.

They just released a new patch. It seems like the "Road Ahead" articles have more to do with when the next update is coming than whether or not you feel like you don't have enough reading material.

We have more than enough information about future content, even without yesterday's trailer for 1.4. If you're bored, go read over the Quakecon transcripts. There's your road ahead.

Come on, give us the letter already. Road ahead should be posted on the first of every month like in 99.99% of mmo games. What good will your letter do if you post it so late, or just rename it to road behind.

Probably doesn't have anything to do with that. He probably has to go to each team lead, find out how close they are to getting whatever they are working on done, figure out if they are going to try and get said content/bug fix into next update, verify with upper management that they can get it in, Write it, proof read it, get it all zipped up to be sent out, then Gary comes in and says they made a mistake, he then has to go back to the team leads double check and verify, send it back to his upper management for the go ahead, write it up, get updated pictures, zip it up to be sent out then Gary comes back in and adds more into it, so he has to check with said team that new implementation will be ready by then, rewrite new Road Ahead (Again), verify with his bosses Zip it up and send it out and try to avoid Gary long enough for it to actually be put up.

TLDR: Gary sucks

Seems Matt couldn't care a toss any more, or has he no idea where this game's going now ZOS 'vision' for VR has had to be jettisoned, ZOS have been unable to fix the many problems related to PVP and Champion content was tossed out in a Q&A on Reddit without any thought to try to placate the mass of unhappy players?

Come on, we just had Quakecon last month and a Road Ahead article as well, no one complained it was too much.

Yes, I am curious too but we already saw what we could expect in the next months. Of course, more details are nice but since we have over a month till next big patch, it's not that urgent.
