nightstalker and other such speed buffs while stealthed
ill keep it short, im not convinced this is working. i seem to get stealth speeds all over the place day or night.
ps. also, kine's flight' snare effect breaks shadow.

kitsinni✭✭✭✭✭I can confirm that Vampire, Nightstalker and Concealed Weapon stealth speed buffs work.
A few things to keep in mind. If you have been discovered especially by an NPC keep guard you don't get the speed bonus until the eye closes all the way. The speed buff goes away when you are in combat, that includes when you start combat with someone and don't kill them and they run away. Healing can cause you to stay in combat for a long time especially if you use mutagen/rapid regen. If you also use concealed weapons if you switch to a bar without it that part of the buff goes away.
Unless your character is bugged as long as you are out of combat and the sneak eye is all the way closed your buffs should all work.2 -

Night Silence also only works after the eye has totally closed.I can confirm that Vampire, Nightstalker and Concealed Weapon stealth speed buffs work.
If you hit stealth and immediately start walking you notice the significant speed boost at the moment.
Walking everywhere stealthed with night silence is cool.

full darkstride set is good fun with speed buffs too.
i used darkstride at around 25 or so and was impressed with the speed and efficiency for questing. but now at v4 it feels slower. and im refering to PVE, fully stealthed, not in combat.0
