I couldn't find any topics about this since 1.3 hit, so does anyone know if this set bonus has been fixed? As I have read that it was bugged before.
I wanted to craft a PvP set using this set bonus but I don't want to waste my materials if it is still bugged.

Also, I was considering Torug's pact 5 piece... since I use a Two-hander with foulness(which has a status effect that reduces target healing)....0
