Wow. How eye-opening.

In other news, grass is still green and hell has not yet frozen over.

Yeah i`m really getting tired of seeing people complain about this same thing everywhere i look.

I have a mellee character and a caster character and i love both but to be honest i love my Mellee character even more .

I`m so tired of seeing people complain because they don`t have everything handed over to them on a golden plate . I`m glad that the mellee characters are challenging to play .

No challenge is no fun.

Also people have to realise that magic has always been more versatile than pretty much everything else. So it`s obvious that a mage will have more options offered to him .

There is only so many things you can do with a sword , a shield , a dagger or a bow .
But there are thousands of different ways to channel magic .

Trying to ballance mages and warriors in any games has always been one of the greatest challenge for developpers and in most cases, they ended up turning warriors into mages which simply made me lose interest in the game entirely.

When it comes to mages and warriors, i will be honest and say that i preffer them to be unballanced and realistic rather than ballanced and completly ridiculous.

I don`t want to see warriors spin as fast as a tornado , it`s simply unrealistic , i don`t want to see warriors running as fast as jet just so they can keep up with a teleporting mage . I don`t want to see warriors doing damage by shouting (warcry) just so they can have a ranged AoE damage like the mages .

Those are things that have made me quit games in the past . I love playing warriors even though i accept the fact that they are not supposed to be as powerful as a mage.

It`s simply the reality .

Anyways i know a lot of people are gonna LoL this post of mine and a lot of people are going to disagree with me but i don`t care . My point still stands.

The words " Spell Crafting " certainly makes it sound this way but Zenimax has explained what they meant by spell crafting and it's not what most people think it is .

No you will not be able to create a one cast kills all . No you will not be able to create a 50 meters AoE spell that does Fire,frost, poison and lightning damage all at the same time as well as doing Life steal and Magicka drain .

First you'll have to complete a quest that will give you a spell. That spell will be used to guide you towards secret doors . Inside those secret doors will be a stand with a Tablet on it . Those tablets can sometimes be complete but sometimes you'll only find parts of tablets . Then you'll need to complete those tablets and then scribe the spell into a book or a scroll. When you do you'll be able to choose to add certain extra effects to that spell but it will not be crazy powerful effects . It will be just a little something to allow you to customize your new spells a little.

Then from what i understood, you'd be able to scribe more books and sell it to others.

hope this helps clarify things for people who thought differently.
