Where can I found (loot) blood groove weapon (VR). I found this is one of best weapon in TESO.

✭✭✭✭✭Then you'll need to craft or loot a VR12 weapon. Blood Groove only comes as a quest reward at specific levels. You can't find a VR12 version of it.----
