Yep, been hearing it since first beta, it is indeed intentional, turn magelight off, no sizzle... Turn it on, sizzle, and as the orb rotates you can get the directional sizzle and tell where the orb is in it's rotation...
I can second that there is clearly a sound that moves around your character following the globe of light and it sounds similar to something burning or humming...and it is intended for the affect. It does seem a bit excessive. I am cool with the inner glow and flames coming of the inner light, but the globe is a bit distracting.DenverRalphy wrote: »I'm not doubting you.
