Game crashes and PC monitor turns itself off during play

My LG23EA63(HDMI) turns itself off during play. It's happened on occasion but turning it back on (obvious) and alt-tabing a few times usually gets me back in game.
However sometimes alt-tabing does nothing and I'm just left with a black screen of confusion, at which point I reset my PC only to be breifly shown my desktop with the submit bug popup box. Obviously I can't submit one of those bug/crash reports as my computer is in the process of shutting down.

Anyone experienced this? On this make/model of monitor?

    Anyone?

Only happens when playing ESO so I consider it an ESO problem.

i dont think it has to do with your monitor my monitor's blackscreen as well on occasion my suggestion make your launcher check and verify and repair files if needed this fixed my issue which usually is only temp as when a new patch comes out it breaks again.Ive sent in multiple emails about this as mine links to the client crashing, and my replies back seem to be from monkeys pushing buttons on a keyboard thats how intelligent they are to the point of me being so upset over this through emails they quit and caved then told me we will contact our support team for technical issues never got a reply back whether they addressed this in a patch. Its looking like after a few months they just either cant fix it at current time or dont see enough users having the issue to care at current time. btw curious if you have a dvi port y your not using it ?

Overheating? Doubt it, CPU runs at 52*c max and GPU runs at 72* max (currently at idle both are running at 26*c). Nothings overclocked and even on really hot days it's me that's more likely to overheat than my computer.

I use HDMI because....um, can't remember. Had a HDMI cable possibly.

It's not game breaking for me yet just annoying and a bit confusing.....maybe I have a poltergeist in the house.

have u tried the repair tool? if that doesnt work contact support with your dx diag report from their helper tool so they can review it and determine its not your computer and its their game which i could tell you that
