Bugged scroll quest in Cyrodil

Apols for crosspost; originally posted in Tech forum, but I see it belongs here now.
Okay, repeatedly get the same error on a quest even after abandoning and reclaiming: I am assigned to go get a Dominion scroll (I am Dominion on that toon) and go "join the fight for it."
Well, the scroll is spawning--consistently--in a solidly Dominion keep. When I go there, no invading army, no nothing.
Also, in general, Cyrodil seems to have some kind of memory leak as I randomly black out there vs almost never in the rest of the game.
I submitted a bug ticket, but are you aware of it? I have not gotten any feedback from the bugcheckers.

✭I'm not sure, but I think, there is a new bug (surprise) that might prevent taking a scroll from a captured keep. But you still should be able to take the scroll as long as the keep is not catured yet.
Btw:
You don't need a quest to pickup a scroll.0 -

He said he's trying to take his own scroll (doninion toon/dominion scroll) from a keep.

✭you acquired the quest to take back the scroll and it was taken back when you were not in Cyrodiil....so..you have the quest to reclaim it but you did and will not receive credit until the scroll is lost again.
Now the "bug" seems to be that the quest giver is giving you that same quest even when your scroll doesn't need to be reclaimed after abandoning it. This should not happen. Am I getting this right?Edited by Tintinabula on August 13, 2014 5:12AM0 -

- Enemy previously stole Dominion scroll out of Dominion temple, and stored it in their keep.
- Dominion flipped that keep while the scroll was stored in it.
- Dominion player now cannot pick up Dominion scroll to return to Dominion temple because it is in Dominion keep.

its stupid. I know what the OP is on about and yes it is a bug that needs fixed.
A good example, if you own all six, it will give you the quest to get the last one your faction obtained a second time. We don't have all 6 scrolls, but yeah, thank you for validating that this is a bug. Have heard zilch back from Zenimax on this yet.
