Looking for casual PC NA DC guild

I'm currently looking for a PVE casual guild to join for leveling and playing. As a returning player, my highest character is a level 23 Templar. I have four other characters all under level 10 for various trade crafts. All are Daggerfall Covenant.
Ideally, I'd like to find a guild with the following:
* Mature +18, not looking for a family guild
* Casual and friendly, willing to group up but not always required to do so
* Primarily focused on PVE content - I don't plan on raiding due to RL commitments, but dungeons from time to time
* Small to Medium size guild...under 50 members at least
* PST time zone - or at least some guild activity between the evening hours of 6-11 PST.
* Vent/Mumble/Teamspeak, doesn't matter which
I'm a veteran game player in general and do spend a decent amount of time gaming, but I don't have a set schedule and am playing ESO very casually. If your guild is a good fit, please let me know.

We taking people in for PvE, especially tanks! We were running AA 3 times a week before Wildstar killed us, our 3 main tanks we spent our resources on all left. We have enough people to raid, but finding a tank is rough. ALWAYS LOOKING FOR MORE FOR PvE! Check us out!
