Where do you find the "Apprentice Garb" Set?

He has none.. It might come from the blue bags rare chance that the PvP vendor sells if anyone was wondering.

I wasn't able to find any specific locations but given they are lvl 50 items I feel it is safe to assume lvl 50+ areas are you're best bet. I know that doesn't narrow it down a whole lot lol

It's a very rare set that drops from Cyrodiil Dolmens, very rare, probably take a few weeks of farming to get it. It only comes in 40ish to v10 variants I believe, not worth the effort, Song of Lamae does the same thing without the knockdown. Death's Wind does the same thing without the heal.

I'm not interested in the 5pc bonus, but the 2x HP on a light armor set.

As for the bonus, wouldn't Orgnum's Scales or Vampire's Kiss be comparable? And since those are craftable you could have them in light?
