could add passives for rag clothing, like a bonus to your pathetic stat, or success resistance. As well as active skills like begging for change, will work for food...could have a ultimate where you do the "attention everyone" in a crowded area then proceed to go on some rant while everyone continues to ignore you.

Tyr✭✭✭✭The Irony is that they actually did announce player housing was in development already, but because it's attached to so many systems that still aren't in the game yet, it won't be awhile before they can "get it right".
By the time you see the Justice/Champion system fully fleshed out and new zones like Wrothgar/Murkmire on the PTS, housing will be right around the corner.
Unfortunately that won't be until 1.9 or 1.10 most likely so spring of next year at least.2 -

They'll be telling everybody how fantastic it is and how they have added something new and inventive to it, unfortunately forgetting to mention people have been complaining about having no housing since before the game was even launched !
