Question about the imperial city

They have said that once you have taken the outer 6 keeps, you will gain access and can enter the city and kill off any enemy players who remain. Does that mean that there will be no actual siege of the city?

    The city is already under siege, players rush the sewers to gain access and make a vie for the quarters.

    Yes, but there will be no actual destroying sections of the wall, charging the many bridges across lake rumare, etc?

    They did say taking control of districts will be similar to taking keeps so there may be some kind of siege style battling.
    From memory, in oblivion, each district in the city was separated by large walls.
