As a V12 Templar in 5 Seducer (Impenetrable) and 5 Warlock (some magic regen placed with Armor as it was way over the soft cap)
I think its finein PVP and no changes needed

Why, do you think it's OP? You do get great sustain sure, but don't get other perks. Like the spell crit + spell damage you can get with Wise Mage + Willows Path + Wrath of Imperium (22% spell crit, right there). Or the defensive bonuses like knockback/dodge/damage shield that you get with other sets.
Have you tried fighting someone with 35% dodge chance granted by Spectre's Eye and the medium armor skill Evasion? Frustrating as hell...

Unlimited magicka does not make one invincible, in fact most people still wear 5 or 7 light armor, meaning they have very poor stamina mitigation. Force them to block, cc break, or roll and they will become vulnerable very fast. Your stamina bar really determines weather you live or die.
Have you ever hit a full cloth DK using sword and shield when his block drops? It's a dam good feeling shredding into them like that.

Only possible for S&B and Dual Wield though, right?

Make a habit of looking at health on opponent to know how to time them and how to approach them. Anyone with less than 3k health should be susceptible to being killed during a stun he cant break out of, by you. Anyone with less than 3.5k health can be more a challenge but you need to work to get him when he is at 70%-80% health to deliver your burst dps.
