Questions about Daedric and AE Motifs
If this has been answered somewhere already or I'm not in the right discussion area, I apologize.
Where do they drop? My current strategy is looting only: nightstands, desks, dressers, trunks, cabinets, and wardrobes , then re-logging and doing it again in a place that has these containers in a concentrated area. I saw recently that they may drop in other places as well, i.e. urns and backpacks and that the re-log trick may not work anymore. Can anyone shed some light on this?
Do they share containers with the high level purple food recipes? And if so, would a successful loot of that recipe count towards any overall loot timer that container has?
I know Daedric, A.E., and Imp. motifs are supposed to be very rare and I don't expect to find eleventy seven hundred of them so I can get game rich, I just want to make sure I'm looking in the right places in the right way.

Hamfast✭✭✭✭Imperial is supposed to drop anywhere, but it's almost as rare as purple cooking recipes. Daedric and AE drop in your Caldwell's Gold (3rd Alliance, VR 5/6 to 10/12 area)... I am not sure if they drop in Craglorn.Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most...0 -

As for the logging out and back in, empty a container next to where you are logging, if it has reset when you log back in, then the re-log thing still works... I have to admit, I do have a circuit I run that checks a number of containers, but I don't log out and in very often to try to reset the containers.Of all the things I have lost, I miss my mind the most...0 -

I actually divide my looting sprees between circuits and re-logging. I guess I just have to beat the RNG boss. Thanks for the responses.0 -
