Is anyone having issues with the snipe ability since the 1.3 update?

When I use the Snipe ability, the character raises the bow and shoots, but there is no arrow animation. The enemy NPC's health bar doesn't even move. Isn't the Snipe ability supposed to be a heavy attack? Before the update, I could deal some serious damage with this ability and see the results of the attack. I can't use the FTC addon right now to see what is going on.

ferzalrwb17_ESO✭✭✭✭✭It is doing the damage but enemy health is not updating when using bow skills a lot. Snipe seems to start the problem and is never updates. Other bow skills sometimes update. Enemies will often fall over dead after a while with full health.
A relog will temporarily fix it before it comes back very soon. Other weird bow problems are also occurring. Typical prime quality ZOS testing (i.e. untested).4 -

✭✭✭✭✭EDIT: It seems that you can actually get partial damage when clipping heavy attacks with the bow just like with staff, but it needs more testing to be sure.

✭This is something that needs fixing sooner rather than later. How these sort of bugs get into live builds i don't know, pretty much every single person with a bow noticed it right away.0 -
rwelshmub17_ESO✭✭✭Like everybody I thought something was nerfed. For two of my char I use bow quite a bit and is a huge part of my game play/style. Basically animations are bugged, scatter shot which I use quite a bit for the most part shows no effect then like already mentioned here mob drops with full health. Weapon swap with bow is buggy now too. I was loosing arrows with sword and dagger at one point. For my NB these last couple of days I started using more DW and assination skills than I generally do, positive note using options lol. Not the way I would like to tho.
I looked at the forums has ZOS acknowledged this issue and provided any updates? I was thinking of opening a ticket with Tech Support.0 -

It's shocking this stuff gets this far yes, they are showing themselves up pretty badly.

Kego✭✭✭✭I bet it didn't showed up on PTS cause everyone was just playing their boring Cloth & Staff Builds.
But I have to say, that I only saw this issue for myself yesterday. The days from Patch 1.3.3 to yesterday I had not one single issue with Bows.
Maybe it has something to do with Add On, cause until yesterday i didn't use even one of them.0 -
