Probably has checkbox on Customer Service profile that say High Aggro, 99% immunity to BS0 -

✭You go to Cyrodiil, kill some Sh*t, own some sh*t and eventually get access to the city sewers.
Then you kill a lot more sh*t and gain access to the city.
Then you kill some serious sh*t and get to own sh*t in the city.
Then after all that another faction kills more sh*t than you, you get booted out of the city and have to start that sh*t all over agiain !
Simples !

Maximis_ESO✭✭✭✭Each alliance enters through the sewers.... they have a safe section and movie through the sewers to the city. Only 1 faction can have access to the city at a time however, if you remain in the city or sewers you will stay there even if your faction loses control of the city. Above ground there are sections of the city you capture, daedra everywhere that you can kill, bosses and group content, PVP'ing with remaining alliance members etc.0
