Can you add Destruction Gloves to the game?

They would act like the staff, but would be created by the light/medium armor maker and would take up the character's left and right weapon slots. They would come in Fire/Ice/Lightning just like the staves and would use all the same powers, but would require new animations (or at least borrowed ones from other skills for example heavy attack could use dark crystal charge us animation).

- it would add a weapon to the light and medium crafters
- it would allow for destruction magic use without our the harry potter need for a wand/staff

✭✭✭Yeah. I kind of hate that they imposed the staves for the Destruction and restoration schools . I would have preferred something more subtle such as a magic focus for the oh so MMOish item that has to fill the slot and carry stats. I would actually play without weapons and only use class skills if not having weapons allowed swamping two sets of skills.

well you can use spells with any weapon so no you are not forced to use staffs. if you want to use STAFF ABILITIES then yes u have to use a stuff (See: bow skills requiring a bow to do. or the popular "Sword abilities requiring a sword to use")
so if they implement this i also want my gloves that let me do shield charge, arrow volley, snipe and cleave
other tes games didnt have weapon skill so your point is null.
when spellmaking is released guess what? you wont need a staff to cast a non staff ability..

I know it's not dude. I just want something different than a staff for using staff specific destruction magic. If it would make you feel better I'd be happy with an orb or ring that allowed me to use the destruction staff skills, the gloves would just be nice for the clothier since they have no weapon crafting in their line.My comrades have returned. No offense, but if we're talking crafting balance, the clothiers don't need diddly. They're already ahead of the game. They certainly don't need to poach from the woodworkers.Achievements Suck0 -

Agreed, my Sorc does both clothing and staffs, and the clothing has far more stuff in it.People believe what they either want to be true or what they are afraid is true!

forbarcusb16_ESO✭✭✭I want spell system like Skyrim. Shield and spell, sword and spell, spell and spell, all the combinations you can think of. I don't want to hold a stick and cast predetermined spells. I can't wait for spell crafting!
