How do players never seem to run out of mana?

So today in PvP I faced this 2H sorcerer, he started off with crystal frags, then casted BE MULTIPLE times; I mean a lot. and also casted some more crystal frags, after about 10-15 seconds of this, he casted BE 4-5 more times to escape the battle. How would this player have the mana to support this?

✭✭✭ah. ok. ty for the info. It was kinda bugging me to watch someone spam an ability that is supposed to cost 50% extra each time you cast it, close to 10 times. now if only there was a set that did that for stamina.... hehe0 -

I also have a sorc class(HA 2H) so I am familiar, with some of these abilities, but Im still not an expert on them.

✭if he instant cast the crystal fragments yes, if the hands move abit at first doing some hand movements to cast the spell, its cost mana0 -

Correct me if i am wrong, but procced fragment is not free, just 50% cheaper, no?
Also, what does crit have to do with it? The frag proc happens 35% of the time when you use a magicka ability, crit or not.1 -

✭✭✭ah. ok. that makes sense. well.... guess ill have to just avoid all sorcerers that do this.... as my NB archer cant last long enough to stand up to them:(

✭✭✭if I could just make some ravage magicka poisons, or get some friends to make some and buy some from them(ZENIMAX) This would not be a problem:) I would not be forced to sit there and hope they run out of mana, I could actually take the fight to them. but I guess I could TRY to go cloak and escape0 -

I'm surprised you have one shoted them already? Bow got "buffed" in this current patch.
