2 skills are destroying Cyrodiil

    Keep throwing insults..look at any way you want from the bottom up..or the top down but Ults having to be built back up is a sort of cooldown...call cc immunity a mechanic allll you want..its still a form of cooldown. :)

    I think they should do exactly what they did to BE. Pulsar once fine, again within 4 seconds 2x the magic then 4x then 8x etc.

    And ultimates are probably the only skills that should have cooldowns in ESO. This game's lack of cooldowns gives it a unique style of gameplay, which is focused more on resource management than on watching cooldown timers.

    Ultimates do not have cooldowns.

    CC immunity is not an active skill. Passive is the antonym of active.

    And "throwing insults?" You alright over there?

    You should pity the pulsar puppets really. Theyve voluntarily taken on the role as chinese farm bots only they pay their own monthly sub and dont get payed :-)

    Its quite hilarious looking at em from safe distance, you have really have to admire their raid leader though.

    It's extremely efficient damage-point per magicka-point used to the point of being mathematically overpowered when compared to all over abilities in the game?

    Force Shock, whatever It's morphs are, are not worth using? I'm a ranged damage-dealing enthusiast personally, so I rarely rock Elemental Ring, I prefer Force Shock, Light Attack, instant-Crystal-Fragments "spam" personally, but I'm strange.

    Could someone please elaborate on how those two skills are "destroying" Cyrodiil? I can understand how they're destroying players, as they're abilities that do damage, reduce health, potentially resulting in a fatality.

    Can someone shed some extremely coherent and concise light on this please? It's amusing and entertaining to interact with forums, I get that, but yeah, shouldn't we encourage the development of intellect and intelligence? There's no need to hinder it as if we're a community of knuckle-draggers that can't provide positive feedback, resulting in a better community through and through, where all abilities and their respective costs are mathematically delicious, as well as the general skill-ceiling of the majority.

    You can add a third skill.....DK standard. All three are way OP esp considering they now work with others same skills and amp up the killing. You can have a group of 10 killing a group of 20 instantly....your death report will list Vampire and DK skills both doing 1100-2200 kill points. One alone will kill....
    those who fan-boy and play it down....oh your not using your skills properly....just escape.....YOu do not even have enuf time to bolt escape...it is a exploit that cheaters love to use.....and you fan-boy and girls...who downplay this...well I hope you enjoy being farmed by cheaters?

    Oh and have fun while those who play fair do not even play in Cyrodill now?....
    pretty lonely and empty pvp zone?....that is if you open your eyes?

    I tend to move away from the AOE skills. Seems to work...

    by work you mean wot? personal survival , yes avoiding the fight works well in that . however that also lets the zerg balls run around unhindered. at some point you have to try and kill them thats where the problem lies. you cant do enough single target damage from range to kill it. you cant do enough aoe damage to kill it from range either. so in the end you have to get close and thats just feeding them.

    You can try to justify it one way or another and throw around "L2P" etc and I see valid points all around. But when I walk into Cyro all I see is blam blam blam Impulse. Nothing else.

    It's not OP. It's just pathetic and saps the will to play out of me just looking at it.

    If 90% of people are just spamming one ability then it's time to look at that ability or give them spam choices. Anything for variety please. There's little satisfaction in killing a muppet who's standing on the spot mashing impulse outside a keep wall. They get rezzed and start spamming Impulse again (do they not know how to turn off their macro?).

    Wow, just wow. How many people want to zerg and complain about moves that are only good against medium-large groups? A lot it seems. Boo boo Anti zerg moves, I have had enough already.

    Im a sorc,

    Impulse needs to have something happen to it.

    Im not saying nerf it, I think it has a really good use for melee sorc brawlers.

    Perhaps in the manner its used is all messed up. Just rapid fire it...that's the problem.

    Perhaps it should have a mana use and damage scaling charge up that increase its range as you charge.

    This way people looking to quick spam it will have melee range reach with it, low damage, but can spam it (good for applying effect)..

    while people looking to get a large aoe that does decent damage will have to charge it up a bit, increasing its mana use and its range.

    So someone looking to do a boatload of damage would have to stand there with full mana, charge that sucker up, then regen their mana back before doing it again.

    Maybe the charge time based on how much mana you have, so once it charges to a state where its going to eat all your mana it stops (maybe allow it to hold in this state?) before unleashing one aoe that does more damage than the current state.

    This way youll have a use for the skill for melee brawling with lower mana and aoe last shot clearing for the DPS mages with larger mana pools.

    All ultimates should be A LOT harder to build up or have hard coded cooldowns. The fact that everyone carries a resto staff merely to build up ultimate points outside of combat should tell the Devs that something isnt working as intended and the fact that people build their entire characters around building ultimate as fast as possible and making it hit as hard as possible with nothing else mattering, should also tell devs that Ultimates in general are off and bat swarm is probably the worst.
    Magma Shell might be the worst but it doesnt work half the time and thus doesnt reduce damage and often only does 30 points aoe damage (ofcourse when it does work, look out).

    something will be done about it..perhaps later than sooner..so..enjoy the easy spammable Ultimate tick that you can carry wherever you go and use whenever no matter what(while you have it) ;)..cause that's all it is.... :|

    Also, introduce arena/bg style where winning team will EARN points toward the campaign. This way ppl who want to spam impulse can stay in cyrodiil and do, while those who prefer to pvp can do 10v10 in more tactical style while STILL contributing toward campaign goal.

    I think all skills are pretty good, it has to do with other mechanichs and design choices that they appear OP.

    I will solo any guy that has impulse on his bars 1v1 so the skill is not the problem.

    I'm okay with inductions or lengthened animations, though would like to see something more creative that would yield funny gameplay (i.e. If pulsar hits no one the spell damages the caster for x amount).

    They know about pulsar being stupid and Bats being mental. Right now the whole bats problem is coming from it scaling way way way too high with weapon damage.

    Nono and no.. TESO is a 3 faction game, it would always be 10v10v10.... then it comes down to a matter of opportunity.. backstab the two factions in a skirmish with your faction.. or get backstabbed or end in a battle royal.

    Also no respawn option so would be last man or team still having members alive that wins, to avoid farming... if leaving the arena when dead or sitting as spectator, you wont get rewarded, rock solid systems and no newbie/carebear/wannabePvP system.

    Make the fights last 5minutes at max, the team who has killed or done the most damage + healing wins if fractions of the other factions still persist, only the winning team get a reward... to prevent people from just afking through when they are losing or just want cheap points.

    Well, I and my guildies are logging off earlier and earlier each day due to the lack of action with this blob tactic with an AoE cap in place. Tonight at least 6 of them have said if it isn't fixed soon then they are off to pastures new.

    Have fun when cyrodiil is just two large blobs coming together. Either allow us to try and kill them by removing the AoE caps or even don't allow casting Pulsar/elemental ring etc on the move.
    At the moment several of the pvp guilds I run with are just having all the enthusiasm for the game sucked out of them every time we log in. Ignore this at your peril ZoS , a lot of people are not happy with this at all and 2-3 weeks back you said your combat team was looking at it. Its now worse...play on EU Thornblade and try it out. Yes I and my guildies will be gone if its not sorted quickly and yes the trolls can keep saying goodbye but soon you will be playing on your own.

    Guess what I do with Pulsar and Batswarm???? I MOVE OUT OF THE WAY. If you don't know their tell signs yet or noises as the swarm begins, you apparently need to start paying better attention.
