NO CDs! Let's not ruin a good model. There are many other creative and fun solutions that do not involve arbitrary CDs (not like the lazy Cd they put on BE and not fix the issue while killing gameplay options).

2. Pulsar: all the people have light armor and staff spaming this skill 1000 times in each fight (uber skilled gameplay, oh wait...).
If ZOS don't fix it, this is my last month in TESO.

I have been able to kill 10vs2, because they were noobs and only did pulsar spam and didnt realized I had well, both thrown caltrops to slow them down, and a little negate shield on top of them

Also, introduce arena/bg style where winning team will EARN points toward the campaign. This way ppl who want to spam impulse can stay in cyrodiil and do, while those who prefer to pvp can do 10v10 in more tactical style while STILL contributing toward campaign goal.
I think all skills are pretty good, it has to do with other mechanichs and design choices that they appear OP.
I will solo any guy that has impulse on his bars 1v1 so the skill is not the problem.
