You really need to lower the cost of magicka for shadow disguise. No questions no thinking this has to be done. Its not fair that vamps can vanish on que for as long as they want as well as Sorcs teleporting. If you don't change anything else you must lower the cost of a NB shadow disguise skill down to at least 150 magicka. Especially now that there's a bug in cyrodil where we are losing more magicka at an alarming rate that we shouldn't be.
