Cant login or rather get stuck on loading screen

I have had this problem on and off since beta. Lately it has become worse so now most of the times I cant get passed loading screen. Since I have tried mostly everything suggested on these forums i have decided to cancel my subscription since the game is not playable.
Does anyone have any suggestions how to make it playable? I have reinstalled the whole game, diable all other programs...

✭✭✭Contact support since no one on here is going to be able to help you without actually being there and looking at it. Most likely its your ISP that is screwing with the data going back and forth between you and your server but no way of knowing without testing.0
