I Can No Longer Make Imperial Stuff

I pre-bought the online Imperial Edition. I can convert other things into Imperial, but not make it. I just noticed it today, I could previous to this patch. I have plenty of Nickel. This character is a High Elf, did they change it so that only actual Imperials can craft it w/o the motiff? It's never been an issue before.

Only imperial character should be able to craft in imperial style, f your character is not imperial you will nee to find a motif or convert the gear in imperial.

I've always though it was like this, are you sure that it was as you have explained?

You know, maybe I am remembering it wrong. I have deleted a few characters, after experimenting with various things. Maybe it was an Imperial before and not this one. Now that you mention it, I don't remember for sure, because I'm still grinding this one and everything she makes is getting destroyed. I think you are right, because this isn't turning up on other forums. My bad. Thanks!

Yeah just to confirm, you'd need to be an Imperial to natively craft the Imperial style. Your High Elf, despite being an Imperial Edition character and having the ability to convert to Imperial style, can only natively craft High Elf style.
    Thank Stendarr it’s Fredas.

You must also be an Imperial; owning the Imperial Edition grants you the option to be an Imperial.

If you do not create an Imperial, you can only convert crafted armor (of any racial style) and certain drops to Imperial. Note, converted Imperial armor is bound; it cannot be traded with other players.
