Everyone much prefers the solid bonus of the food recipes than additional recovery, the recovery is so low that it's better off to increase your attributes.
Either the drinks need improving or give us the option to have one food and one drink active at a time.

indytims_ESO✭✭✭✭Someone mentioned in the Provision-Revision thread that they were looking at making it so that one food and one drink could be active at a time - but then that might necessitate nerfing food and/or drink.
Dunno why... the drink especially seems incredibly weak.2 -
Agreed. They need to be stronger. No matter how many drinks I have, I can't get drunk.4
