yeah, something's a tad off with it but it hasn't made a huge difference.
Hadn't really for me either at first. I noticed it right after the patch, but I just failed a master lock about 20 times before I got it to pop because it was laggy and clunky. I dunno. Maybe an addon is to blame. I can't remember the last time I failed to pick a lock. I'm usually pretty good at it. But man it was terrible.
Ive noticed this too. The way I was doing it before was to lower the tumbler while holding down the left mouse button, then click the right to set the tumbler. It seemed alot less accurate after the patch. Today I noticed I can just release the left button, which seems alot easier. I dunno how youre doing it, maybe itll help. Or maybe its just superstitious mumbo jumbo
I haven't come across anything other than a simple lock in ages now. That's perhaps the only odd thing I've noticed.
I am not spending a single penny on the game until changes are made to the game that I want to see.
1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
3) Difficulty slider.
4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too.Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.
I have also noticed that lockpicking has a slight delay on it after locking a pin in place(feeling a little clunky as a previous poster alluded to).
On the EU Server at least.

I must not fear. Fear is the mind-killer. Fear is the little-death that brings total obliteration. I will face my fear. I will permit it to pass over me and through me. And when it has gone past I will turn the inner eye to see its path. Where the fear has gone there will be nothing. Only I will remain.
hmmm I'm not having any problems with lockpicking and since then I have lock-picked every type (including Intermediate, Advanced, and Master... all types!).
Then again, the lock may recognize me as the 100 in Lockpicking Dragonborn who's visiting from the future and just bow to my sheer Lockpicking domination.
Hey it's been a while since I started this thread. I've actually been meaning to update it and keep forgetting to. But the issue is with the techinque you use. If you just use the LMB to lower the tumblers and start from the top again everytime you break a pick or go down too far then it's fine.
But if you don't give the tumblers time to reset or if you use the RMB to hold them in place (like I used to do) then it's a disaster. Using the RMB at all now just causes all kinds of lag and clunky performance. Best not to even use it anymore. Dunno if this was by design or not, but that is the issue.
