    the only real problem im having is the constant crashes three to four times a night without an error code just the crash report screen. It just happens randomly and after the last 2 major patches. It was happening last night quite regularly for just about everyone in teamspeak in our guild also so its widespread. They really need to try to deal with these technical issues faster. Waiting until monday for a patch on crashes for a busy weekend is annoying.

    If it were me, id give it x amount of time for them to address the issue, at least give a time frame for a fix. If nothing happens, i would unsub, and try not to walk away too mad.... Personally, Id want to play again, and keep an eye on it.
    I had issues with another game recently. I spent 75 dollars and a month of trying to get some kind of answer. Like even "yes we know its an issue, but have no solution for the foreseeable future" which must have been the case. I never could get an explanation, or my paid time, or a refund.
    If I could give advice to my past self, id say give them about a week, then save yourself a huge headache.
