1. Based on average daily pop number instutute a 10-15% AP bonus..for low pop servers..
2. Alliance signing bonus reci8eve 5k gold after the first 10k ap and another 5k after the next 45k....
3. Elimnated home bonus while on guest server..
4. Loyalty bonus after staying full term on 1 campagn earn a 5 % percent ap bonus next campaign
5. After owning all enemy keeps guards begin to scale for the next 24hrs for the two underdogs.. after 4 keeps takes or 24hrs guards return to normal.. Underdog advantage.. Also all enemies are worth 25% more durring this period to all home players.. 10% for guests.
6.reduce guard strength on non vet . Servers
7. Crafting center opens in outpost after holding it 30 minutes cannot craft however unless there is a supply route... This center allows 5% bonus chance to recover upgrade items.. This center also has a unique set.. All pvp set merchants moved to out posts....
8. More alchemy items on the frontier..3x the amount in pve zones..
9. Dungeon mobs are worth 25% more exp on low pop servers and 10% on high pop servers...
10. Provinsions Tayloring items at frontier farms 20% more iitems... must own for 1hr blacksmithing items scale to your level.. At the mines same as farms
Lumber mills will be for staves and shields .....
11. Supply line escort quests... attackers get gold and items...defenders get APS amd gold.....

    I would personally love this. It would lead to guilds and groups zerging onto a campaign to take back what they had just lost via zerging by the other faction

    First of all, the AP bonus to low pop servers will only help emperor farmers. The new servers were created so that there would be no low pop servers.

    About the dunegon mobs. No. Don't give anyone any incentive to PvE in Cyrodiil. The only reason they're there is to provide a little challenge to collect all skyshards etc. They're not there as a PvE area.

    The escort quest is something that has been brought up before. Very difficult to implement as it could be easily farmed. Even if it was made a world event it would be very difficult to balance. It couldnt be neutral and one alliance will always have an unfair advantage as the cart will be in an alliances territory meaning easy to defend, but too difficult to attack to be worth it

    if the escort missions could be implemented.... heck yeah.

    the keep guards in the non-vet campaign need to be dealt with. either they need to be weakened, or players in the non-vet server need a SERIOUS increase in battle levels. I myself refuse to go back until something is done about it.

    about 5...... maybe a variation of it. for example, if an alliance owns all of the keeps, then that means they will be stretched pretty thin, as a result, the guards would be weakened.(maybe only 2 honor guards on a flag, or all the guards simply just get weaker) this would only apply to non-home keeps. home keeps would not be affected by this. when an alliance only has 2 or 3 keeps left, then the guards would get more powerful(as a general would focus all their armies to defend those last few keeps). to the point where the last keep would be filled with very powerful guards, and would be VERY hard to take(only home keeps would receive this buff. this would not apply if your last few keeps were other alliances home keeps) I saw this idea in another thread, by someone else(forgot their name) and it sounds like a good idea to me

    I don't agree with AP bonuses to low pop servers. if a server like that were to turn into an emp farming server(which hopefully never happens again. im talking about YOU, hopesfire and celarus. lol) this would make emp farming easier. ZOS already protects the "actual" cheaters in this game, we don't need emp farmers to be helped by them as well.

    everything else I liked. the loyalty bonus is a nice idea. the resources giving you crafting bonuses also sounds like a cool idea. would give them more value(nowadays they are just places to pop a forward camp, heck, a lot of groups don't even cap at least 1 these days, they will just skip them all, and go straight to the siege, they even leave resources in enemy hands a lot of times, after caping the keep)
