Hello, a friend of mine is having trouble opening the elder scrolls online launcher, he opens the launcher and it appears in the task manager window and then disappears, he has tried running it as administrator, restarting the machine, turned on and off his firewall, turned off his proxy settings, we can't figure out what to do. He has played this game before on this machine, but had to cancel his subscription due to financial reasons, and now he's paid for a new subscription, but can't open the launcher to download the latest patch. Any help would be appreciated, thank you.
