Mounted combat, cavalry charge, Ghengis Kahn. Is this something that you would be interested in? Mounted attacks with both ranged and melee. I think this would make for some epic pvp and would also be a fun way to slay mobs in pve. What say you?

✭No, what a dumb idea.If they add that, then there is no way to get away in PVP if the attacker is on a horse.
But if they add NPC's on horses who can hunt you down and nuke you while they are on an NPC horse, then that is fine. The NPC's need a boost

Taz✭✭✭Yes, mounted combat would be just lovely.Yessss please. They already have a caltrops morph that dismounts players, so a few more anti-cavalry abilities or morphs like that would be useful in counteracting the attack. Also as someone else said, I think weapon attacks only, no abilities.1 -

1) Remove having to be in a guild to sell items to other players at a kiosk.
2) Cosmetic modding for armor and clothing.
3) Difficulty slider.
4) Fully customizable player housing that isn't tied to anything in the game other than having the correct resources and enough gold to build. Don't tie it to PvP, guild membership, or anything at all. Oh, make it instanced so as not to take up world map space, too. Zeni screwed this one up already.
Any /one/ of these things implemented would get me spending again, maybe even subbing.0 -

I would actually like to see polearms too, to hit horses and when you are riding if you can go fast enough lancing players.
As for attacking with swords and bows its possible, but using skills would be hard to implement, for a start no impulse on horseback... lol

Yes, mounted combat would be just lovely.For one handed melee only / bows with a miss chance increasing the further they go, no abilities. Melee attacks from horse back should get a damage bonus the faster you are going.0
