Sergeant's Mail Set?

So... I saw in the patch notes of the 1.3.3 that there is a set called Sergeant's Mail Set, I liked the set, and now I want to find it. I don't know if it's a PvP set (I can't find it in the vendors), or a dropped set or what. Does someone know anything about this set?
