Tabard Belt Color Not Changeable

How come we can't change the color of the belt on the guild tabard? I'm a bit ocd how it doesn't match the rest of my colors.

Circuitous✭✭✭✭✭Actually I distinctly remember fiddling with different tabard combinations and seeing the belt's color change. I don't recall if it was the secondary color or the design, though...Ｔｈａｎｋ Ｓｔｅｎｄａｒｒ ｉｔ’ｓ Ｆｒｅｄａｓ．
