apologies to DC about this - not everybody in AD is in on this or approves of it

to the elite AD guild - being able to place a forward camp behind enemy gates is legal and possible

@ZOS_BrianWheeler doing so when the gate is closed is BS - why even bother having the gate closed and the mechanic of having to take glademist and warden to open the gate if you are going to allow this???

have it on video for you - including the names of those involved just in case you might want to talk to some of the folks

i understand that your hands are somewhat tied in terms of what you can and cannot do, but this ongoing crap is what is leading to folks just throw their arms up inthe air and say 'screw it, i'm unsubbing'

for the love of the game, somebody needs to grow a pair at ZOS and do something

oh i'm fully relaxed - been pvp'ing for 17 years and folks taking advantage of flaws in unintended game mechanics is nothing new, especially in a just=released game - that will never change

the lack of response from the devs is something i guess i'm just not used to -

i'm used to something along the lines of:

'we have noticed that people are setting up forward camps behind a gate that is still closed and thus circumventing the intended game mechanics. This is not within the spirit of the game and as of this notice anybody caught doing so will have their account banned'

rather than 'we're monitoring it'

and i'm not talking just about this particular issue - @ZOS_BrianWheeler has responded in part to this issue - am talking about the many issues that have been discussed for months now and are still in the game, with no CLEAR directive

i'm genuinely excited for some of the things coming down the road, am passionate about the game - i know the devs are too - of that i have no doubt

however lack of swift decisive responses from them to these kind of issues to many players equates to a wishy washy attitude that only encourage and embolden some folks to be 'creative', and others to quit

we've all seen lots of our fellow allies and 'enemies' quit the game because you add the above unaddressed issues to the FPS/latency etc and that is when you get the throwing of the arms up in the air - the cumulative hassles just ain't worth it to many when they don't even know what is allowed and what isn't

so here's to relaxing and having fun in game, and finding ways to create a 'healthy thriving' PvP environment vs. a 'toxic, declining' one (we pvp'ers can barely fill TWO campaigns now)
