Skill Bar Load-Out Swap Mod?

Is there a mod that allows you to set up multiple 'hotbars' for each weapon? Like, say, and AoE loadout -and- a Distance DPS loudout for my inferno staff? Not swapping weapons, but quickly changing out skill load-outs for the same weapon without opening up skills page and manually changing them?

Yeah there are a few but most are a pain in the ass and bug out which drives me nuts, untill i came across one that is awsome i can remember the name but Il check in a sec, ive tryed all of them and trust me this one is the best, it has additions like display but u can simply disable them and purely used the skill saver0 -

Doesnt work with gear sets, but really easy.
