After patch 1.3.3 Alliance War bags have a chance to contain a grand soul gem. I thought I could only find a grand soul gem in some Alliance War bags without any other items. I was wrong. I just opened a vr12 bag that contains a filled grand soul gem and a Covenant's Band. That was a surprise to me.

Alliance War bags now have a chance to contain Grand Soul Gems.
It seems the adjustment is any time you get Pact/Dominion/Covenant gear it also contains a filled soul gem.Phaedrus Wolf0 -
Skafsgaard✭✭✭✭Yes, I only had one with a Domion's Axe. Doesnt seem to be in the 'regular' item boxes.
