@Khami‌, I'm just waiting to hop back in to my guild and get rid of all these recipes. I have on overload of them and I'm planning to give it all away for free!

    Now back to my music.

Well, with so few people having the issue, it most likely is something on the user's end.

Yes it's amazing how things magically become faulty at the user end right after a patch or update ! How inconsiderate of us to not change a single thing then experience problems !

    :(

Nerevarine wasn't kidding, you do take things personal.

No one said you were inconsiderate or anything else. However you may be what is generally termed an "outlier". A fringe case of a bug that has a particular divide that is resulting in an unexpected outcome.

Figuring out outliers requires a number of things. First you have to be able to replicate the bug. Without that... You are sol. And by you I mean the QA team that is assigned to that particular bug. Replicating the bug may discover that the resulting cause of the bug is the "out of scope". In other words it's not a bug you are willing to fix.

An example would be that another piece of software is interfering with the normal functionality of your code. For example an old version of a graphic driver.

In that case... Yes you would actually be inconsiderate by not changing a single thing by not updating your 3rd party software and expecting them to just magically fix your problem when you could control your own destiny.

Not saying that is the problem, just pointing out that the problem may be more complex than you realise and unless you are willing to assist in the QA process by providing as much info to the dev team as possible to pin point what the issue is and then fix it if it is out of scope.... Whining about it in a completely unrelated casualty argument isn't likely to help.
